Non-FirstClass Users
Non-FirstClass users may follow this link and enter the email address on file with HR to request a password reset.  When a password reset is requested, users MUST use the link by 11:59 pm on the day of the request or the reset link will not work.
IMPORTANT: If you are a FirstClass user, do not use the above link unless you will soon be leaving the district's employment.
Prior Employees
Invalid Password: Use this link and enter the email address on file with HR to request a password reset.  When a password reset is requested, users MUST use the link by 11:59 pm on the day of the request or the reset link will not work.
 
Email Not Associated with Accounts: If the password reset tool states that your current email address does not match any Skyward accounts, contact HR to have them update Glenbard’s records.
Troubleshooting
The district discourages using Safari with Skyward.  Please use Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer.
 
Firefox was designed with a built-in PDF viewer which displays text poorly.  To use an external PDF program instead of Firefox's PDF viewer follow the steps listed in this support article.
 
If nothing happens when the Sign In button is clicked, try signing in on this page instead.  If this page let's you in, then the original problem was with a pop-up blocker.  This article on DOCS will assist in allowing the Skyward pop-up.  Even if you can login through the alternative page, you still want to disable the pop-up blocker or certain functions in Skyward will not work.
Leaving GlenbardIf you are leaving the district soon, follow these steps to ensure continued access to your employee/payroll records in Skyward.
 
The 1st & 3rd Sundays of each month are set aside for maintenance.  
Skyward may be unavailable between 7:00 pm & 2:00 am.
